Rick Tomsic

Rick Tomsic founded Tradovate Holdings, LLC and currently serves as its CEO responsible for strategic direction. Prior to Tradovate, Rick founded Open E Cry, LLC (OEC) in 2001 and served as its President until its acquisition by optionsXpress, Holdings, LLC in July of 2008. After the sale of OEC Rick has served in various executive roles including EVP of Institutional Products at optionsXpress, Vice President at Charles Schwab, and Senior Vice President at GAIN Capital all while continuing to be responsible for the strategic direction and growth of OEC at these firms. Rick also founded Tomsic Holdings, LLC in 2001 an investment holding company that invests in traditional and nontraditional assets, real estate, and private equity. The firm focuses on futures, forex, and equity trading technology. As the Managing Member, Rick is responsible for strategic direction and investment selections.
