Leslie Sutphen consults on market structure, risk management, and business approaches for the derivatives industry. She recently was Head of Strategy and Implementation at proprietary trading firm Chopper Trading LLC. Prior to this, she served as Global Head of eSolutions Strategy and Implementation for Newedge Group. She has held various management and consulting roles in the futures and options industry. Ms. Sutphen holds a Masters of Management in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and an AB magna cum laude from Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts. She is also past president and a member of the board of the Futures Industry Association’s Information Technology Division and a founding member of WILD – Women in Listed Derivatives.
